• To process your Consultation request and determine the most suitable Consultant from our network.

• To communicate with you regarding the scheduling and details of your Consultation.

• To share necessary information with the assigned Consultant to enable them to prepare for and conduct the Consultation (see Section 6).

• To provide the Consultation service to you.

• To manage the "Pay After Satisfied" process if you choose to make a contribution.

• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

• To improve our Website and Services based on general feedback (data used in an aggregated and anonymised form where possible).

• To comply with legal obligations (if any).

We will not use your personal data for unrelated marketing purposes without obtaining your separate, explicit consent.

6. Sharing Your Personal Data

We share your personal data only when necessary to provide the requested Service:

• With Consultants: When you request a Consultation, we will share relevant information from your request (such as your name and the details you have provided about your guidance needs) with the assigned Consultant from our network. This is essential for the Consultant to schedule the call and understand your requirements. Our Consultants are individuals who have agreed to confidentiality in handling your data for the purpose of providing the Consultation.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).  

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, provided the receiving entity agrees to protect your data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and GDPR.  

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your personal data is stored on secure servers. The primary method of collection is through Google Forms, and data submitted via Google Forms is stored on Google's infrastructure. Consultations will take place via video conferencing platforms as agreed (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom), subject to their own privacy policies.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.  

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When your data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
